Terms of Service

Orders

Prices are per piece as shown on our pricing page. The final bill is based on the count agreed with you at pickup.

Payment

Payment is due on delivery by UPI or cash.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 30 minutes before your pickup slot.

Garment care

We press each garment according to its fabric. Please tell us about delicate items in the booking notes. Items with existing damage are pointed out at pickup.

Liability

If a garment is damaged while in our care, we compensate up to ₹10,000 per order, based on the garment’s condition and age.
