How much does ironing cost per piece?
Steam ironing starts at ₹15 per piece for shirts, trousers and T-shirts. Express 4-hour ironing starts at ₹22. Sarees, blazers and bedsheets cost a little more. See the full price list on our pricing page.
Is pickup and delivery free?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are free on every order, and there is no minimum order. You can book even a single shirt.
Do I have to count my clothes before booking?
No. Choose “Count at pickup” while booking and our valet counts the clothes with you at the door and tells you the bill before taking them.
When do I pay?
After your clothes are delivered. Pay the valet by UPI or cash. There is no advance payment.
How fast will I get my clothes back?
Steam Ironing orders come back within 24 hours. Express Ironing orders come back within 4 hours of pickup.
Do you iron silk sarees and delicate fabrics?
Yes. Silks, georgettes and embroidered pieces are pressed at low heat with a protective cloth. Add a note while booking if a piece needs special care.
Do you pick up from my location?
Enter your address while booking. If your location is outside our pickup range, we’ll tell you on WhatsApp straight away, so you’re never left waiting.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, free of charge, up to 30 minutes before your pickup slot. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
What if a garment gets damaged?
Every piece is tagged at pickup and checked before delivery. If something is damaged while with us, we compensate up to ₹10,000 per order.
How do I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your order ID (it starts with IK). You’ll see each stage, from pickup to delivery.
