Questions customers ask
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can book even a single shirt. Pickup and delivery are free on every order.
When do I pay?
After your clothes are delivered. Pay by UPI, card or cash to the valet.
What if the count at pickup is different?
The valet counts your clothes with you at the door. Your bill is based on that count, not on what you entered while booking.
Do you iron silk sarees and delicate fabrics?
Yes. Silks, georgettes and embroidered pieces are pressed at low heat with a protective cloth. Tell us in the notes if a piece needs special care.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, free of charge, up to 30 minutes before your slot. Just message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
